    Following the arrival of a new customer, we areseeking an Inventory Coordinator to join the organization and contribute their strong analytical and excel skills to our team. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role that requires candidates to have strong communication and people skills as well as a tech-savvy nature. A willingness to roll up your sleeves, jump right in and take ownership will have a huge impact on the commercial development of our client!

    Note: This role is primarily based in Crepy-en-Valois (60), with eventual visits in Paris.


    What you'll do:

    • Act as the liaison between our Brand Partners, Account Managers and Logistics Hub

    • Coordinate onboarding efforts related to inventory

    • Guide our partner brands on how to follow customer's shipping standards and correctly download packing lists/ASNs

    • Create priority list for Logistics Hub based on merchandising needs

    • Identifying and resolving any issues in inventory management and processes

    • Manage and coordinate various projects, ensuring timely completion.

    • If needed, provide exceptional customer service, acting as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.

    • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on project statuses.

    • Manage visibility for products and timing of go live


    Le profil Adéquat

    What You'll Bring :

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

    • 2+ years of experience in a project management role, or similar role with the ability to manage complex projects

    • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.


    • Language: French and English

    • Proficient in Excel with strong data entry skills

    • High level of attention to detail

    • A “client-focused” mindset

    • JIRA, QuickBase, and Zendesk experience or similar ticketing platforms preferred

    • Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience a plus"
